  17. Appeals Process ⦿ Parent/Guardian writes letter requesting a level change ➢ Letter is submitted to School Counselor by March 15 th ➢ Directors review each request and decisions are made by March 22 nd ⦿ Schedule change is made if approved

Appeals Process ⦿ If student’s level change is not granted: ➢ Student and parent complete an Appeal Level Change Request Form ➢ Form is submitted to School Counselor by April 1, 2019 ➢ Student is waived into the course Student must remain in course for the year regardless of academic performance
