550 W module at 650 MHz

  • At 650 MHz, Design studies and simulation have been

carried out using push-pull LDMOS device, operating at bias voltage of 50 V .

  • Using multi-mode class F operating mode, a new

amplifier module was designed and tested in stages, up to 550 W. Earlier developed module was up to 450 W. 550 W solid state amplifier module
