The four stained glass windows on the lobby fmoor facing the backyard (North) of the building are original windows with what we think is original brick mold. The following two photos are of these windows. These four stained glass windows will remain as is. The stained glass in all four windows was restored in 2012.

EXTERIOR PANNING COLOR

All original windows were replaced with brown/bronze panning almost 50 years ago by the then-rental landlord. After the building’s conversion to coop ownership in 2004, many individual apartment owners (shareholders) have installed newer Skyline windows also with the brown/bronze exterior panning. We propose to continue with this color.
