(Carnation, Cherry Valley, Stillwater, ERMA and PARADE).

 6th grade is the first time

this graduating class will all be together.

grades 6-8.

All current 5th graders must have all of their immunizations current and a certificate of immunization status turned in before school starts.

Please ask our nurse questions about forms, immunization requirements and to set-up health plan meetings for next school year.
