Supporting the Careers Gatsby Leaders Benchmarks • Inspiring SMEs to engage with local schools and colleges • Rolled out in c.15 LEPs through Feb – May 2019 • Partnership with business bodies and membership organisations • Key objective is to increase number of small and micro business owners/employers delivering employer encounters in schools and colleges • LEPs and partners will be provided with a “An hour can be life changing. In an hour, you could marketing toolkit of collateral they will use to introduce a young people to a world of work that they communicate to their members didn’t know existed.”
