  13. Finance Committee Recommendations Finance Committee, at the November 5, 2019, passed the following recommendations to be forwarded to Council: 1. THAT Solid Waste Utility fees be adjusted for 2020 to the amounts set out in Schedule A of the proposed “Solid Waste Utility Bylaw No. 4740, 2012, Amendment Bylaw No. 5036, 2019”; and Proposed “Solid Waste Utility Bylaw No. 4740, 2012, Amendment 2. Bylaw No. 5036, 2019” be read a first, second and third time; and 3. Staff be directed to review the fees and charges bylaw for consideration of increasing dog licence fees to recover some of the costs of dog waste collection. 2020 SOLID WASTE UTILITY RATES
