Finances During Covid

Things to Note:

  • The up-front costs of our design, music, drill, musical licenses, props,

and uniforms, are bills that must be paid early in the season (end of July, Early August) which amount to nearly half of our budget and are not recoverable expenditures.

  • If you have already paid more than the new MPLT total cost, you have

the option to roll those funds over to your students’ LNPAA or LCPAA performing arts class account, or have the difference returned via our MPLT Treasurers

  • IF our season is canceled due to Covid-19, details regarding payments

already made will be sent via the MPLT listserv.

slide-21
SLIDE 21

The Chaos That is Covid

At any given time we can and will receive new directives from the CDC, State, County and Township that may impact our

  • season. We are grateful for your continued support and

flexibility as we have had to factor those guidelines into our planning and preparation for the season! All future updates will be sent through the MPLT Listserv and posted to our Social Media accounts!

Timing Is Everything

“To be Early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late”

Dismissal Time

The staff makes every attempt to end rehearsals on time. Section leaders may require short meetings after rehearsal ends. Instruments/equipment/props must be put away. Your child may not be ready to leave until 20 to 30 minutes after rehearsal ends.
