learning continuum, a personal learning plan will be developed for each student.

 Each plan will identify personal interests and

personal learning targets.

 Students and teachers will work together to develop

these plans.

 The ultimate goal is to ensure that students become

more engaged in their learning and take responsibility for their personal academic success.
