  5. 2012 Farm Bill Bill Sta Statu tus Farm B Bill e expired at t th the e end o of f FY FY20 2012. • Congr ngres ess has no not yet et passed ed a new new Farm rm Bill. • – The Agriculture Reform, Food and Jobs Act of 2012 (S. 3240) was passed by the Senate on June 21. – The Federal Agriculture Reform and Risk Management Act (H.R. 6083) was passed by the House Agriculture Committee on July 11, but hasn’t been voted on by the full House.
