Mission: The 10th Regional Support Group (RSG) serves as the senior U.S. Army headquarters on Okinawa in support of U.S. Army Japan (USARJ). Provides support to Army units on Okinawa and is the GCMCA for all Army forces on Okinawa. On order, plans and executes sustainment in support of theater operations and regional security cooperation activities, deploys to provide contingency sustainment and base camp operations in support of unified land operations and humanitarian aid and disaster relief operations.
