This presentation contains certain statements that may be deemed “forward-looking statements”. All statements, other than statements of historical fact, that address events or developments that 92 Resources Corp. expects to occur, are forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements are statements that are not historical facts and are generally, but not always identified by the words “expects”, “plans”, “anticipates”, “believes”, “intends”, “estimates”, “projects”, “potential” and similar expressions, or that events or conditions “will”, “would”, “may”, “could” or “should” occur. Although 92 Resources Corp. believes the expectations expressed in such forward-looking statements are based on reasonable assumptions, such statements are not guarantees of future performance and actual results may differ materially from those in the forward-looking statements. Factors that could cause the actual results to differ materially from those in forward-looking statements include market prices, exploration and production successes or failures, continued availability of capital and financing, inability to obtain required shareholder or regulatory approvals, and general economic market or business conditions. Forward-looking statements are based on the beliefs, estimates and opinions of 92 Resources management on the date the statements are made.

WHY LITHIUM ?
4
Lithium is a green metal and a strategic metal used in clean technology -energy storage (batteries), electronics, electric vehicles Also used in ceramics, alloys, lubricants and pharmaceuticals Demand is growing at 10%+ per year, while new technologies continue to support this growth trend well into the future – e.g. Tesla Motors Gigafactory in Nevada and Gigafactory 2 in Europe Goldman Sachs (Dec 2, 2015) says “Lithium is the new Gasoline” Open-pit mining and relatively straight- forward mineral processing
Lithium Consumption Forecast 2012-2025
5
Annual sales of lithium salts worldwide are estimated at $1 Billion US. With both demand and price set to surge, this figure could grow dramatically. As of December, 2015 – the price for 99% pure lithium carbonate imported to China spiked to more than $13,000 US per tonne, which is more than double the price 1- year earlier.

92 Resources has a relatively low market cap relative to others developing and exploring lithium pegmatites Four pegmatites channel sampled to date from 350 to 800 m in length, up to 11.5 m in width. Two additional lithium- bearing pegmatites identified. Road accessible and 40 km east of Yellowknife, NWT. The Yellowknife area has a long history of mine development including diamonds, gold and rare metals Given the simplicity of the project, the company anticipates being able to advance the project quickly from DISCOVERY THROUGH DEVELOPMENT!
HISTORIC PROJECT SUMMARY
7
Dyke #12
Hidden Lake Property
- The Hidden Lake Project encompasses 1,045 ha
within the world-class Yellowknife lithium-pegmatite district, NWT
- Lithium-rich pegmatites (Dyke #12) with up to 35%
coarse-grained spodumene crystals
- Historic trench samples for Dyke #12 from 1.37 to
3.01% Li2O – confirmed during 2016 trenching
- Trend of known lithium pegmatites. Historic reports
- f high-grades and sizeable resources (Lasmanis,
1977)
Lasmanis (1977) summarized “Lithium Resources in the Yellowknife Area, Northwest Territories, Canada” and concluded:
“Detailed mapping and surface sampling of fourteen properties within the district has demonstrated the presence of 49,000,000 tons of rock to a depth of 152 m (500 ft) having an average grade of 1.40%
- Li2O. These resources could be developed if and when
market conditions place a strain on available supplies.” *
