ICWAG is a leading Russian company in the field of gastronomy tourism. Its partnership covers more than 30 Russian regions and 50 countries of the world. ICWAG is an Affiliate member of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
The concept of the Russian Gastronomy Weeks project is the result of cooperation between the ICWAG and the UNWTO. It aims at solving the following tasks:

Russian Gastronomy Weeks are supported by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism), Rossotrudnichestvo, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Federation of Restaurateurs and Hoteliers of Russia, the Russian National Culinary Association and other Russian state structures and public associations
