RGW About the Russian Gastronomy Weeks project The concept of the Russian Gastronomy Weeks project is the result of cooperation between the ICWAG and the UNWTO. It aims at solving the following tasks: • the mutual increase of tourist flows; • the development of export-import of food and beverage of the countries- participants; • the attraction of investments for implementation of projects in the industry of service and tourism; • the establishment of humanitarian contacts; • the elaboration of public diplomacy.
