What is Star Achiever? Star Achievers are a group of ORGANO™ Independent Distributors that are recognised for their continued efforts with their businesses, whilst consistently displaying excellence in retailing OG products. Between 2014 and November 2017 OG has recognised over 200,000 Star Achievers Worldwide. What are the requirements to become a Star Achiever? To become a Star Achiever, you must earn a total of 450 PQV or more every month. This is a combination of your retail orders plus your personal product orders. To Become a Super Star Achiever Distributor, you must have four personally sponsored Distributors who are also Star Achievers in the same month. 1
What’s in it for you? All Star Achievers get recognised with a pin that represents the milestone  you have reached. At major OG events you will be recognised on stage – applicable to certain  categories of Star Achiever including Super Star Achievers and Perfect Attendance. Reach the 12 Star Achiever mark and you will receive a customised Bulova  watch for consistently earning your star, every month, for a whole year. Incredible! If you’ve never missed an order of 450 PQV then you have Perfect  Attendance. At UNITE convention, from a pool of all Perfect Attendance qualifiers one Distributor will be chosen to be recognised on stage. 2
