June 15, 2017 Attention to all interested investors Vibes International Music Festival a dba of United Contract and Management Inc., which provide marketing and awareness promotion services for several causes such as gun violence, domestic violence, human trafficking, cancer, sickle cell stroke and homelessness. On March 24, 2018 we will be hosting our annual international music festival and community Job Fair at the Broward Regional Park in Lauderhill Florida. We are seeking investors who are interested in becoming part owners or short term investors Our goal is to raise over $200,000 to cover all the expense of the festival, we anticipate that the festival will generate over $1.5 million in gross sale. The following projects are associated with United Contract and Management

  • Vibes International Music festival
  • The Hype Radio show
  • The Hype Movie documentary
  • Event Marketing by UCMI

Investment option # 1: Short term 48 hrs. after the festival close

  • $500 -$25,000
  • 15% ROI

Investment option # 2: Long term /General Partner

  • $5,000 and up (Max $100K)
  • 100% ROI over 3 years Plus stock ownership
  • Every 1% value $5k (only 25% of company will be sold)

We plan to register over 300 businesses to work with us each year @ a minimum sponsorship of $1,000 per year.

NPO AWARENESS PARTNERS

We are Seeking to partner with several

  • rganizations in any of the following

categories, Gun Violence, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking, Cancer, Homelessness, Sickle Cell or Stroke awareness. On March 24, 2018 we will be hosting our annual international music awareness festival and community Job Fair at the Broward Regional Park in Lauderhill Florida. We are anticipating attendance to exceed 5,000+ We are seeking to partner several Non-Profit awareness organizations that are active in their communities. Awareness partners registration fee $500.00 Please contact us should you be interested in becoming an awareness partner.

  • Must be a non-profit 501c3 that provide community service to any of the awareness to one of the

cause we are promoting

  • During the festival you can setup a workshop to demonstrate your community service, provide

information, collect contribution or gather new supporters.

  • We will allow you or a representative to make introductory speech on stage at our

awareness concert.

  • You will be highlighted in all our promotion in the media, social media and live

streaming.

  • On September 2, 2017 we will be hosting an awards gala to honor the awareness

partners and present awards for the community support.

  • We will be contributing 20% of the net proceeds from our festival to the group of NPO Partners.
