The Assembly line and dispatch

90% of bicycle components are manufactured in Brazil. The aluminum parts contain a recycles percentage. The packing boxes are made from recycled materials.

Annual production capacity

  • Currently we can recycle 15,000 ton. of polymers, with this we can manufacture 132,000

bicycle frames.

  • This situation can save 980 tons. of oil.
  • And reduce the greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 6,000 ton. of CO ².
  • The ultimate goal at first is to, reuse the fossil fuel spread by society and then use

renewable sources with no need to extract minerals, thus making the injected parts

  • rganic to be absorbed by nature.

  • Disposable plastic reuse
  • Environmentally friendly.
  • Rust free.
  • Elimination of soldering.
  • Elimination of shock absorber.
  • Color injection, eliminates painting .
  • Organic and comfortable design.
  • Smooth ride.
  • Made with renewable energy

sources from photosynthesis.

  • Made of recycled thermoplastic resin

blends.

  • Self-sustaining project.
  • No use of iron ore and bauxite
  • CO² benefits.
  • Greenhouse effect reduction.
  • CDM (Clean Development

Mechanism).

  • UV coating.
  • Weightless feeling for body and

mind.

  • Relieves prostate pressure.
  • Less strain on the spine.
  • Absorbs ground vibrations.
  • Saving 90% more energy than the
  • ther frames.
  • Lifetime warranty.
