PRICING AND PAYMENT

a) Fees:

  • Professional fees shall be invoiced on a progressive prorate basis

(milestone achievement) for services that have been approved and accepted by the Client, subject to the following:

  • The client’s approval is to be obtained to proceed to the applicable

stage being invoiced.

  • Program to be provided indicating deliverables and be in line with the

BOQ b) Provisional Sums:

  • Use of provisional sums must be obtained from Client prior to its

utilisation.

design and approval of the township layout of Cornubia Phase 2C located in Ward 35.
