Characterize short-range nucleon-nucleon interaction by pinning down the parameters for the Phase Shift Analysis (PSA) à need to measure experimental observables Wealth of data (35°<θp<90°) Tp≤2.5 GeV No experimental data at smaller angles (θp<35°) above Tp=1.0 GeV
