PAC Resource Planning (PRP) (integrated s/w) 1) PAC personal management(PNO sys) -leave/increment/transfer/promotion/training/ACR etc 2) cyber identity(email ID) to all PAC personals 3) purchase management 4) inventory management 5) account management -salary/deduction/GPF/loans/reimbursements/other payments
Contd.. 6) document management -automatic indexation -classification of documents -automatic tracking of files -timely response time : developing s/w 3 months implementation in next 6 month
Infrastructural challenges State Level : • Establishing Group Centers at Ghaziabad, Noida, Meerut, Agra, Varanasi, Allahabad, Lucknow and other big cities ( time : 3 years) • Transit hostels for children of PAC personals for educational purpose (time: 2 year) • Vocational training center for disabled PAC personals • Research and analysis wing (time:15 days) • Training wing (time:15 days)

Security Related Challenges • Establishing BDS training center (3 years) • Establishing Commando training center (3 years) • Establishing Canine training center ( 2 year) • Establishing State industrial security force ( 3 years) -for maintaining security in shrines/vital installations/industries • Establishing counter insurgency and jungle warfare training center (2 years) • Establishing commando battalion (1 year) • Using live satellite imagery for naxal area operations (1 year) • Using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for surveillance (2 years) • BP jacket and helmet for each jawan (2 years)
Law and order challenges • Establishing more battalions of RRF (1 years) • One component of Mahila team in each company (2 years) • Establishing mahil a battalions (3 years) • Use on modern non lethal weapons like Taser Guns/Pepper spray/dye marker grenades/improved flash bangs and stun grendes/electric shields (1 year) • Real time video feeds from Law & Order situations (1 year) e.g camera mounted vehicle/helmets/weapons • Real time audio video communication with deployed units (1 year) • Modern body protection kits (1 year)
Disaster challenges • Establishing state disaster relief force(SDRF) and training Center (4 year) specialised units to handle: -Flood -earth quake -land slide -drought -fire in high rise buildings and industries -big accidents -collapse of high rise buildings -chemical/biological/radiological disasters
