List some details your ancestors would like you to know, see, hear, feel, smell, taste. List some details future generations might need to know, see, hear, feel, smell, taste.

  6. WRITING TIME Using the refrain “because…” compose an 5 -8 line poem that oscillates between details your ancestors might need you to know and details the future might need to know. You can also sample lines from “Letter to Our Unborn Children.” OR Simply be open, be free, and assemble the poem that is calling you right now. NEVER FORGET TO CITE YOUR SOURCES AS A PRAXIS OF INTELLECTUAL KINSHIP AND SOLIDARITY.
