Conditions for Employment of Children Below 15 Years of Age

 20 hours of work per

week or not more than 4 hours at any given day;

  • Does not endanger

child’s life, safety, health and morals, or impair child’s normal development

be provided with at least elementary or secondary education

  • Medical Certificate
  • 2 passport size photos of the child
  • Any proof of identity (if employer is the parent,

guardian or family member other than parent of the child)

The applicant shall submit:

  • All the documents required for application

for a new WCP (except child’s authenticated birth certificate or certificate of late registration of birth);

  • Previously issued WCP; and
  • Contract of Employment
