  9. 12/16/2019 2020 Spring Election and Presidential Preference Vote _______________________________________________________________ • The same process is used to issue/manage the ‘A’ and ‘B’ ballots as with the Spring Primary and the Congressional District 7 Election. • Clerks Issue the Presidential Preference ‘A’ Ballot • The WEC Issues the full ‘B’ Ballot • Clerks manage and process the ‘A’ and ‘B’ Ballots 17 Registration/Absentee Deadlines _______________________________________________________________ • Close of Registration • January 29, 2020 – 2020 Spring Primary and Special Primary Representative in Congressional District 7 • February 18, 2020 – 2020 Spring Election and Presidential Preference Vote • Deadlines for registering by mail or online • For electors who complete online (MyVote) registration applications after these dates, WisVote will create a “MyVote Pending Application” • Poll Books will be available for printing the next day 18 9
