Engagement is our Primary Objective

  • Sessions will include whole group,

small group, individual and pair exercises.

  • Several Lean Tools will be used

throughout the day to capture results and make the process visible to all.

  • Participants Do The Work – You will

record, report, select and prioritize.

  • “Leadership Roles” will rotate.
  • Engagement with vendors built into

the design. Participants will seek examples of barriers and solutions from vendors on “Discovery Walks”.

  • Work will be captured throughout the

day by OU-Student Technologists using ThinkTank.
