2015, ¡we ¡are ¡one ¡of ¡the ¡UK’s ¡most ¡significant ¡social ¡housing ¡ providers, both in terms of the properties we own, and geographic spread. Stonewater has around £160 million in turnover, £1.6 billion in assets, and manages around 31,000 homes across England.

Our most recent new-build development in the Purbeck district was in Langton Matravers.

This site was brought forward as an exception to planning policy, where permission can be given outside the settlement boundary, due to the high demand for affordable housing in Langton Matravers and was formerly grazing land and open space. As well as the 8 new homes, a play area was created on the North side of the development.

We currently manage 411 homes in the Purbeck district.

  • 383 of these homes are rented
  • The remaining 28 homes are Shared

Ownership Of the 411 homes we manage in the Purbeck district, 13 of these homes are in Lytchett Matravers.
