What is the Role of the Planetary Kin after Galactic Synchronization?

Anchoring Galactic Culture on Planet Earth

– Valum Votan Galactic Greetings! I am so happy that this event is occurring! Interestingly, every time I sat down to write something for this event or contemplate the new direction, my mind stream would dissolve and I would "go blank." Everything is rapidly changing in these 7 Mystic Moons. It is as though Reality as we know it is being erased. We have to open to the new script without preconceptions. Everything must be rethought in a fresh way. At this time a great uncertainty is gripping the masses. It is up to us to be the anchors for what is coming: Anchors of pure spirit ready to receive the Return of the People of OMA: ORIGINAL MATRIX ATTAINED! We are the Rainbow Bridge; we are the promise of God/dess. I have been contemplating this event and also working on a 7-year plan of how to move forward with anchoring Galactic Culture on Earth. Simultaneously I have been working on the synthesis for the Cosmic History Chronicles. When I was working on the chapter about Dimensions, I hit a

• block. Nothing would come (unusual). Then I felt overwhelmed – all the codes swirling around

me, flashing all around. This was on kin 112. I heard Valum Votan telepathing, LET GO OF EVERYTHING!! So I went to lay down and surrendered all my energy to the Source to see what was required next. I was exerting my whole being, searching for direction. Then I entered some type of vortex, which I understood as the 7th dimension torroidal speaking tube of God. The seventh dimension is the mirror-less resonator and the hinge between dimensions 1-6 and 8- 13 (see CH Vol. 2). Dimensions 8-13 are known as the mirror dimensions of the first six. They are radially paired so that the third dimension corresponds with the 11th dimension. Before I knew it, I was in what appeared as the direct mirror dimension of this one. In this dimension everything had a slowed down quality. While time was very slow, it was also infused by a warmth and all encompassing love. I saw myself. I was reading the same book that I had just been reading (Yoganandas’ The Second Coming of Christ). I watched myself, and saw what happened to me prior to lying down. I saw the codes swirling and watched my body become overwhelmed. Only in this dimension everything made sense, my retention and understanding was at a heightened state. A feeling of wholeness encompassed me. I also realized that this 11th dimension (parallel to 3rd dimension) is the dimension of the

Holomind Perceiver 441 cube matrix. I then heard whispers, whispers … and saw: WE ARE ALL THERE! (Yes YOU/WE/US). We are there simultaneously in that parallel dimension – making plans, determining actions and

• directions. Only in this parallel dimension there are no barriers, only a deep sense of

interconnectedness and absolute certainty of our mission on Earth. It was a space and feeling of such wholeness. In every way it was identical to this 3rd dimension, only it was very slowed down and relaxed. The exact same things were going on, only there did not seem to be the "danger" and problems that this third dimension poses. "We" were making decisions there that were trickling into this third dimension. We are there now projecting these words to "here". This experience was similar to the dreams I described in a previous blog: Parallel Universe and the Rainbow. Only this time it occurred more consciously as I had direct intention. I also noted that this mirror dimension seemed to be the place where we can access our internal GPS system

• n directions to take in the third dimension. This is the dimension that we have to collectively

access to receive the new command codes about how best to proceed and how best to transmit these teachings. The answers are already there, we just have to open and receive. I was in this other dimension for about 2.5 hours, 3D time. When I came out I checked my email and noted that there had been a 5.6 earthquake nearby (in Hawaii). I didn't feel it at all. Though

• thers in the same area did (and even on other islands).

I began reflecting on this and the earth changes and 3D events. I wondered if it was possible that when big events take place, we can collectively transport to this mirror universe where cataclysm cannot possibly occur. If something big does happen, it is wise to know how to "shift dimensions". What this experience showed me is that at this time more than ever, it is important to take time to commune with our Spirit Essence. When we dissolve back to Source we attain certainty about

• ur unity – this is so much better than Facebook friends– this is direct experience of noospheric

consciousness. I began considering all the codes of galactic time, noting that the true time science and time magic brought to V 24.3 by Valum Votan has barely been applied on this planet. These are the keys and codes that other telepathic civilizations are skilled at using, and if we just make the effort, more help is available now more than ever! It is up to us to evolve these codes and experiment with them. Then we can teach it to others, through love and enthusiasm, never by force or fanaticism. The way of the new cycle is to vibrate the codes and become living examples. In this way, others around you will naturally want to know more because your vibes are so good. We are here to create a new reality, the reality of our highest collective dream (which is actually already established in the higher dimensions and now being pulsed backward to us on planet Earth). The more we focus on the NEW through the Living Codes, the faster the old falls away.

We have to become models of the living codes, integrating them into our daily lives until they become our primary operating lens. This is how we can serve as a bridge from the higher dimensions to earth and become living emissaries for galactic culture. Then we will be teaching through experience and example rather than telling anyone anything. This is the way of the New Cycle, the way of the Divine Mother. The 13 Moon 28-day cycle is a harmonic standard. Harmony is Resonance and resonance is the key to both transmitting this information to others and to shifting into other dimensions. We are 13:20, we are the resonant craft in which we travel! First comes our resonance with Source and then our attunement with each other is simple and natural. The access point of our attunement is the 13 Moon/28 day matrix. This is what we want to share with others. So, what are the Main themes to continue after Galactic Synchronization?

• 1. 13 Moon/28-day Synchronometer Education.

First and foremost we need to continue spreading the message of the 13 Moons –it is the galactic all access pass– behind the scenes to what is happening on planet earth. Without it none of the

• ther codes work. There are many new & creative ways that we can communicate this.

We no longer need to condemn any other system, because we want all of our energy invested toward the new, toward the Light Codes. So we can find creative ways and skillful means to communicate with others what this 13:28 matrix actually is, and how each time we practice the codes we are interacting with a Living Galactic Intelligence where feedback is received according to purity of intention. We need to be able to communicate how the 13 Moon/28-day Dreamspell codes reformulate the mind in such a way that "unscrambles" the conditioning of our brain. They help us to be open and receptive to deeper levels of time magic and increased synchronicity where our life becomes a living pop up book! Now that's exciting! Basic training courses of the Law of time: In this category for those who are cyber-savvy, there is huge potential here for showing graphically some of the more difficult facets to grasp. With animated graphics seemingly complex concepts can be communicated instantaneously. We also want to come up with new and creative ways to demonstrate how the synchronic order is directly linked to "real time" events, and also help to educate people about world events through a fourth-dimensional lens. The Planet Art Network site also needs to be revamped with new life breathed into it!

• 2. Ceremonies for the Noosphere (and Gaia!)

We must now all be making the effort to manifest the noosphere. Beginning with noospheric consciousness – that is the consciousness of non-ego. Many people still do not reallyunderstand this point. But it is the foundation.

You must engage in meditation, and practice prayer if you are going to get this point! Noosphere is non-ego! The leaf has no ego when it grows. The cloud has no ego in its shape-shifting ways. The seashell has no ego, nor does the flower, nor the hawk nor the lion. To reach noospheric consciousness is a main purpose of cosmic

The template for grounding the noosphere, is the 13-Moon/28- day calendar (synchronometer), coded by the 13:20 synchronization matrix. This brings us to the next point of creating Noosphere Ceremonies. Anything that we do on behalf of the Noosphere has an affect. The simplest way to explain the noosphere in a universal way is this is through Valum Votan's words: The noosphere is the universal embrace of the mind of the Earth. No one and nothing is left out of this embrace. It is unconditional

• love. So become the noosphere and love everybody. Overcome

your animosities and forgive your enemies, realize that they are just like you way deep down, seeking love and to be loved, seeking happiness and to be happy. If it doesn’t start with me, then when and with whom will it ever start? – LOVE EVERYBODY! As we shift into a more feminine perspective we can explain the noosphere in light of Gaia or the divine mother, like this: Gaia or Ge, the Greek Goddess is the Great Earth Mother of all and the creator and giver of all the universe. She is the first being to emerge from chaos, so she is the supreme organizing principle that holds the noosphere in her all embracing body of love. Gaia is the spirit of love that infuses the noosphere with planetary heart. We know that "Noos" comes from the Greek word "mind". So noosphere is actually the sphere

• f the mind or mental envelope, meaning planet Earth’s mental envelope or mental sphere. All

communication actually comes from the planetary mind of the noosphere that is cradled in Gaias’ compassionate embrace. So by making the noosphere conscious (through ceremony) we assist human evolution from fragmented chaos, like Gaia, back to the divine order of the Primal Mother! The ceremonies include gatherings in circles, meditations on the one Earth as described above, vows of uniting as one mind with the mind of the Earth, drumming and singing circles, chants for the Earth, and concluding with the rainbow bridge meditation. Whatever it takes, creatively invoke group mind and collective consciousness born out of an atmosphere of unconditional love. A simple way in to enter into noospheric consciousness is cultivating the ability of encompassing the whole Earth in your heart and feeling it as a single thoughtform. In other words, feel the Earth in your body as yourself, and repeat: "I am one with the Earth, the Earth and myself are one mind."

Then contemplate the fact that the Earth Mother embraces both her dark children and her light children simultaneously, so that She is always experiencing night and day simultaneously. She is always experiencing summer and winter simultaneously, and spring and autumn simultaneously. When we can directly experience this synchronic simultaneity then we will know what it means to transcend linear time and experience ourselves as the source of all synchronicity, a chief characteristic of the new mind of the noosphere that we are moving into.

• 3. 13:20 Garden Communities/Galactic Culture Training Centers and

CREST13

This is key. These are the anchor points for Galactic Culture on Earth. People need places to go where they can immerse themselves in the teachings. We need a curriculum of different programs that we adhere to in a unified and synchronized manner; much like the vispassna system (in its uniformity around the world, but with different content and means). This includes the need for an Educational Program Committee-- We need to form a committee to come up with the new programs; programs that can be replicated at other centers. We need different topics, i.e. a 3 day program for the 13 Moon calendar, a 7 day Synchrogalactic Yoga workshop to learn basic codes. An entire syllabus needs to be created. Other topics include daily oracles, planet and human holon synchronizations (planetary geomancy), the role of the Sun and sunspot cycles, radial plasmas, the 7 heptad gates, all 28-day Telektonon circuits (this continues on but with new script), cube education and visualizations, vigesimal mathematics, the science of rainbow bridge meditations, telepathic technologies, Cosmic History Chronicles (many themes here), Cosmic Science, Synchronotron, etc. These should all be holistically based with an aim for synthesis and integration. In other words, they should have much context, letting people know why they are learning this. Eventually, an entire catalogue of programs will be created. We need a serious and committed team (which I will be very happy to work with). Included in this whole systems catalogue will be permaculture, gardening, vegetarian living, etc.

• 4. Synchronotron

This is the Mothership of all codes and should be taught only to those who are ready. A good place to start with this teaching is through the galactic archetypes, which are directly linked in with the galactic signatures. Through the galactic archetypes, we can begin to demonstrate the way the Hunab Ku 21–Galactic Tree of LIfe works and how it is embedded into the 441 Cube Matrix, which is the key operating system of the Synchronotron. We need these advanced teachings to spread.

Role of FLT/GRI

We will continue to serve as the key information hub and distribution center, creating 13 Moon almanacs and pocket calendars, distribution of Cosmic History Chronicles and fourth- dimensional tools and books, maintaining our websites, www.lawoftime.org, www.galacticspacebook.com, 13:20 frequency shift, CREST 13, Planet Art Network. Recent activities include completing the synthesis of the 7 volume Cosmic HIstory Chronicles: Accessing Your Multidimensional Self, Key to Cosmic History Chronicles, organization of 3 day event in Mt. Shasta: Becoming Your Galactic Archetype and Planetary Resurrection ceremony for Galactic Synchronization, upcoming trips to Mexico, Brazil (possibly Argentina, Chile, Uruguay) and Europe, while activating the energy of the New Cycle. We are also currently working to manifest a Galactic Culture Training Center in the U.S. where we would offer different workshops and courses while beginning to create video training

• programs. We are exploring potentials in Mt. Shasta, Southern California and Hawaii. From this

base, the next steps can be envisioned. The FLT is currently in need of more volunteers and more support in general to keep operations flowing and flourishing. We recognize and support unconditionally his archetypal role as initiator and regenerative cycle. We always feel his telepathic presence and offer our energy and prayers to sustain its mission. Aldea de Paz Magos de Tollan is a communal living space that promotes the integral development of a natural environment. The main goal is restoration of natural mind through various daily practices that create awareness of our connections and relationships with nature, humans and the cosmos. Irradiated by ERKS intraterrestrial center in the bioregion of the Star, Aldea de Paz Magos de Tollan, is located in the province of Cordoba, northwest Punilla department in the road that connects San Marcos Sierra with Charbonier, 3 km from National Highway 38, Km 93. We acquired approximately 30 hectares that are available for this project. It is 800 mts. height above sea level, with a mountain climate, dry and arid.

World Peace Garden of Epuyén

• 1. PURPOSE (Place, mission, vision, biosphere)

The Garden´s purpose has always been to be like an experiment of sustainable life :anchoring the human syncronization tools of the law of time and the galactic culture Seed bad and training center and multiplier Root Garden. Natural environment, 4 seasons perfectly marked, 9 Moon of cold clime, mountains of the Comarca Andina, 42º south between Mt Pirque and Mt Epuyen.

• 2. CHALLENGES (weaknesses, threats)

Small Land, only 2 hectares, place owned by someone else, in this case kin 203, during this 13 years the place became, full of neighbors, difficult clime, cold 9 Moons per year, another big challenge is to integrate the family life with the community life.

Our main service is to give the opportunity to any person, in any moment without barriers to experiment the law of time, in real living life, in a pure form, we have a complete library of the Law of time. We offer the opportunity to learn about gardening, sustainable life and bio

In 13 Years we had passed thru different stages, at the beginning we were minimum 3 people, and had reached 36 in a moment. It was built from nothing, no resources, and no experience,

• nly panty love, recycling everything.

The basic organization is the earth families restoring the domestic order and root races on biosferic order. All food is in the common kitchen. The life is all around at the common places receiving kins for minimum 13 days, on fourth day to reach the form and seventh day to sintonize.

Resources- We seek the total self-sustaining, with lots of emphasis on food production and conservation .Each kin is responsible for generating abundance to all. The wealth commission administrate the common founds. We ask the visitors to offer a conscious donation to cover their food and material during the 13 days, but we are always opened to exchange and volunteering.. We produce a complete line of natural Cosmectic, sculptures in Wood or ceramics. We offer workshops of Bio constructions, natural food, consulting on resources administration and community starting.

We are installed in an area of 14 hectares. There are 10 forests, mountains, river and waterfalls. Other 4 hectares include streets, facilities, fruit crops, and organic garden. Our mission is to provide a place for retreat and meditation, as well as a rich environment studies and experiences

The place has close neighbors living in the 12:60 frequency time; they but respect our work and

• visions. The place is rented, which means we cannot stay for life that brings us to search a place

We currently offer accommodation and practices to the kin, meetings and retreats by moons. Also we have a summer school for longer retreats.

Peace Garden of COLLIGUAY

• 1. PURPOSE (Place, mission, vision, biosphere)

Vision: The Planetary Engineering Project II and the establishment of a network of communities throughout the planet, to create a unified mind field and create a telepathic network for the biosphere-noosphere transition and to launch the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge. Biosphere: The Garden is located in the Cordillera de la Costa, Region of Valparaíso (Fifth Region), at an altitude of 1,000 meters and a distance of 70 km from Valparaíso and 130 km from

• Santiago. This sheltered valley heights Inca settlements before the arrival of the Spaniards, and

has been declared by UNESCO "Protection Zone of the Biosphere". Due to its height and relatively difficult to access location, flora and fauna have remained highly protected. In native language Colliguay means 'red serpent'. Also the colliguay (Colliguaya odoriferous) is a shrub that grows in the area. The biggest challenge is the lack of water since the area has been affected by climate change, facing a major drought in recent years. At this moment, we have water supply of the municipality, every day Dali from each heptad. Aldea Tiempo de Brotar (Village Time to Sprout)

• 1. PURPOSE (Place, mission, vision, biosphere)

Precedents: The Aldea Tiempo de Brotar emerge from the desire of a group of 4 kin that after an average of 4 years of experience in the World Peace Garden of Epuyen and inspired in the Planetary Engineering Project CREST 13 Noosphere II, are led to create a new CREST Center in Argentina. After exploring for more than 6 Moons by bioregions of the Moon, the Star and the Skywalker is received by commodate a virgin land of 21 hectares located in the Cerro Overo, between Cerro Uritorco and female The Twins, in the center of ERKS intraterrestrial. A 1 hour hike through the mountains panoramic, 1,200 m high is located CREST 13 Retreat Center Tiempo de Brotar. Mission: From Seli 9 Rhythmic, ring 152 kin 4.4 (21.12.2009) the Center has received kins to experience NATURAL TIME frequency and natural mind heptad, and special retreats wavespell 28 days. This center specializes in experiencing the natural mind in a natural environment, experience is strengthened by the site conditions: technospheric network distance, finding no roads nearby Capilla del Monte to 6 km from the Center, this creates insulation acoustics. Plenty of pure water and mountain slopes counting the very next place and a river along the Center where there are located the facilities (under construction) and the organic garden surrounded by virgin native forest, fruit and mortars denoting the presence of original peoples of this area, Comechingones. Under these conditions we were able to make 2 withdrawals of 28 days for the testing of continuous consciousness sustained over time using the practices proposed in the Noosphere II Project.

The lack of economic resources. The more kin has not been incorporated to the Centre The distance and difficulty climbing building materials has been a challenge, when we arrived there was no infrastructure which has led to the development of the Centre has a slower pace (we got 3 ½ years ago and still continue with the infrastructure basic: Community kitchen building) the 1st Ring we lived in tents. We are a family, a couple (kin kin 14 and 247) with 3 children: Sofia Ayelen of 10 years (kin 85) Maya Ankari 4 years (kin 38) and Maya Kintramirel 1 year and 10 moons (kin 3), guardians of the Center. We have the full support of Graciela kin 11 (Katari mom, kin 14) and David which is our nearest neighbor (kin 182) as well as the transit of kins satellites somewhat collaborating with the Center for dissemination through photos or videos, or other tasks. When forming groups for Family retreat we organize color. We are also now conducting voluntary regime, exchanging food and lodging service. Belong to the network of community groups for a Culture of Peace (proposed at the Second Congress of the Noosphere made in Capilla del Monte). The network consists of 4 community groups in order to come together and share experiences, gifts and services, we gather near the equinoxes and solstices and perform community work days. In what form, our greatest strength and we feel that the Centre IS, is working on strengthening the role complement archetypal sacred male-female (14 + 247 = 1) are ONE.

The support of the Centre is given to the family economy from the sale of products in shops and fairs in Capilla del Monte.

After this presentation emerged the following points of interest:

Because we noticed a large variability in terms of the criterion of training of Gardens and CREST 13, and are not organizing themselves in a unified way, at least in our bioregions, we consider that it is necessary to create a commission of consultancy for the establishment of Gardens and Centers CREST. The members of this commission will be the same representatives gathered here. The proposal is that anyone who wants to open a space, first contact with this network, so that the interested place closer to the nearest reference. Another important point is that at least one of the members of these spaces should be formed in the Course of Facilitators of the Law of Time.

• 4. Synchronotron

We share and adhere the suggestion of the Red Queen to first establish the basis for the information of the 13 Moons/28 days and the purpose of the same, then share the information of the Syncrhonotron. For this reason, the Committee of Education is working in various workshops and programs of study for which the information and practices will be delivering in an orderly manner and progressive, and people can arrive with a level of unified understanding.
