What is a Measure? • A measure(s) are tools used to determine whether your outcomes have been achieved. • Tools that will provide useful and useable information.
Measures • Inventory tools used by the unit: • What information is collected already • What assessments are being used • What assessment is recommended by professional associations
Examples of Assessment Measures • Satisfaction surveys • Professional standards • Data system indicators • Number of applications • Number of complaints • Processing time • Program participants • Focus groups • Average wait time • External reviews • Benchmarking best • Dollars raised practices • Average service time • Staff training hours • Admissions yields • Facilities Usage
