• Traditional style: Doubles & Some Singles
• Amenities:
• Located in the same building as the Library, Dining

Facilities, Main Gym & Several Classes

• 24 Hour Security
• 2 communal bathrooms per floor (cleaned daily)
• 2 communal lounges per floor
• Free laundry facilities on every other floor
• Open kitchen spaces on every other floor

TEMPORARY LIVING ARRANGEMENTS

• Maria’s Tower- Temporary Triple Spaces***
• 182 Broadway & 33 Beekman- Temporary Quad Spaces
• Students in Temporary Spaces are volunteers, or those who were

among the latest to apply for housing

• Students who move in to a Temporary Space receive a reduction of

their fall semester rent in the amount of $800

• If students have not been offered a permanent space by October 31st they

will receive another $800 reduction

• All students will be offered a permanent solution by the start of the

spring semester

• In 2015-2016 all Temporary Spaces were placed by the 3rd week of school
