  4. Lithium Demand From cellphones to laptops to electric vehicles, lithium makes up an increasingly important part of the daily lives of billions of people around the world. Predicted EV Car Sales (2017-2030) o The majority of increased demand for Lithium comes from electric vehicles (EV’s), which are predicted to be cheaper than petroleum fueled cars by 2024. o Industry growth is expected to translate into 25 million EV’s being sold annually by the year 2030. o Additionally, government production quotas in China, in an effort to reduce pollution, are set to bring total investment in Lithium mining to between $350 billion and $750 billion by 2030. Hard Rock vs. Brine Mining v Hard Rock Lithium Deposits – Lithium development and mining in Canada is predominantly found in the Canadian Shield of NE Canada, with exploration focused on finding high-grade spodumene lithium- bearing pegmatite of economic size. Separating the Lithium bearing spodumene from the other minerals occurs by dense media separation and/or flotation, creating a concentrate that forms the basic production material for battery-grade lithium chemicals. v Brine Processing – Brine deposits occur in closed basin with high evaporation rates, the most famous of which are located in the high Andes of South America. Brine lithium concentrates are generally lower than spodumene deposits and require additional time and collection ponds, with recoveries being generally < 50%. Pegmatite Lithium Deposits o Pegmatite is a coarse-grained intrusive igneous rock formed from crystallized magma below the Earth’s crust. o Pegmatite lithium deposits, also known as hard-rock lithium deposits, can contain extractable amounts of a number of elements, including lithium, tin, tantalum and niobium. o Lithium in pegmatites is most commonly found in the mineral spodumene, but also may be present in petalite, lepidolite, amblygonite, and eucryptite. o Hard-rock ore containing lithium is extracted at open-pit or underground mines using conventional mining techniques. The ore is processed and concentrated using a variety of methods prior to direct use or further processing into lithium compounds. 5

Project Overview o The Core Lithium Project in Quebec, Canada comprises 56 contiguous claims totaling roughly 3,000 ha (approx. 7,400 acres) in an Li-enriched geologic domain, where relatively large-scale pegmatite fields can be linked to specific regional rocks and structures known to host Lithium. o Our project includes four mapped pegmatite occurrences with no historic analysis/follow up. o Staking is based on historic government exploration, interpretation of overlooked Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) pegmatite-bearing regional structures, and proximity to known LCT lithium deposits. o Project is centred 10km away from Critical Element Corp.’s Rose (Li- Ta) Project in the same geology. 6

  7. Location o Located in mining-friendly jurisdiction of Quebec, ranked 6 th in the world for mining investment. o Prospective Li geology is very actively explored. o Most of the favourable ground between Nemaska, Rose, Cyr deposits and Pontax showings is solidly staked. 7
