What is a TIP?

Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is a short term work program that lists all regionally significant and federally funded transportation projects, programs, and services to be carried out within the metropolitan planning area of Erie County between October 1st 2020 and September 30th 2024. It includes all the associated documentation listed to the right.

The meeting is open to the public via Zoom or by calling: 1 (929) 205-6099 Meeting ID: 89115169367 All written comments and responses will be included in the Erie MPO’s 2021-2024 TIP submission The 2021 TIP goes into effect October 1st 2020

The Erie MPO TIP will be apart of Pennsylvania’s STIP that will be reviewed by the Federal Highways Administration
