You will have to print and complete the following 3 forms and bring to the document submission day Gr.8 Monday March 9th 9:00am-6:00pm Returning students March 10-11th 3:00-7:00pm

ON-LINE REGISTRATION OPEN

◼Dates for launch of on-line registration:

Incoming Gr.8 students – Monday, Feb 24 Returning students that are currently gr8-11 students - Thursday, Feb 27th Please fill out online registration by Thursday, March 5th as online registration closed for review.

◼Gr8 parents if you have other students in multiple grades you can bring

all forms or documents to the Gr 8 document registration day.

◼Students are not registered until the form is filled out and confirmed.

PLEASE BRING :

◼ PAD form with bank details and void cheque ◼ completed participation form ◼ subsidy form from parish
