Welcome To Harbourside Function Venue, we hope you enjoy your time here with us. If there is anything you need, and your attendant is not in the room, a courtesy phone is located outside each room. If you dial 400 you will be connected to the functions floor supervisor’s mobile. If you dial 200 you will come through to the function office. Bathrooms are located directly outside each room and each has disability access. NOTHING is to be fixed to any of the painted surfaces. Smoking Our venue is smoke free, however there are designated smoking areas outside each of our function rooms, please use ashtrays provided. Smoking is permitted on the balconies. Free Wi-Fi Here at Harbourside unlimited use of Free Wi-Fi is also included. Guest please log into the Harbourside functions network with the password Blackandgold Presenters, please see the function manager on the day to log into the Harbourside presenters network. Evacuation Procedures In the event where an evacuation is required, an alarm will sound, please walk calmly to the nearest exit. The meeting point is directly in front of the Wellington Free Ambulance building on the waterfront side, Harbourside staff will then check all levels to ensure all areas are clear. In the event of an emergency use the stairs only. Earthquake Move no more than a few steps, DROP , COVER and HOLD . Stay indoors till the shaking stops and you are sure it is safe to exit.
