1) Learning tutors are the first port of call for students 2) Be responsible and lead a small community of students 3) Challenge ‘5 a day’ expectations in line with the school ethos (See next slide) 4) To teach PSHE sessions with enthusiasm 5) To facilitate debates and communication through topics 6) You will lead on the tracking and development of your student’s wider employability skills, study skills and softer skills. 7) To monitor students behaviour for learning using the weekly audits and Behaviour for Learning bulletins.
