Funding Process

PURPOSE

Any project receiving federal aid funding will require a consultation process (National Historic Preservation Act

• Section 106) to consider the effects of their project on

historic properties.

FUNDING

The trail reconstruction project will receive federal fund- ing from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).

• Show pedestrian ramp trail connections
• No disturbance from I-94 to Earl Street
• Minimize disturbance from Earl Street to TH-61

• Keep benches in current location and orientation
• 25 people attended - largely supportive - suggested to reach broader audience
