Funding Process

PURPOSE

Any project receiving federal aid funding will require a consultation process (National Historic Preservation Act

  • Section 106) to consider the effects of their project on

historic properties.

FUNDING

The trail reconstruction project will receive federal fund- ing from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
