1 WEEK FRACTIONAL Choose their summer week and their 4 floating weeks, among the ones that have not been chosen by another owner. Within that term you must notify the administrator by the Elec- tronic Reservation Center (ERC). In order to facilitate this process the other owners who will select their weeks may consult Intranet page (ERC) where you have written down the weeks already chosen and which reflects the availability of remaining weeks that are yet to be selected. The owners that do not select their weeks on time will lose their turn to choose and will make it at the end of that

  • week. The order to choose will be established by the Administrator.

The order of election is by taking the year in question, begging to choose the head of the fraction indicated in the first column, following the other holders to choose horizontally in the order indicating the rotary table to select weeks from the weeks that are still free. Each fractional owner can make their reservation 8 months in advance and have a deadline of 60 days before the required date. The Administrator will confirm your choice within 72 hours after the reser-

  • vation. The Fractional Owner that doesn’t select their week in time would be subject to the remain-

ing availability. The Administrator reserves four weeks per year that are owned by the developer, which are exempt from the payment of maintenance fees of any kind, except in cases where the owner sell, rent, loan or use directly, it can be used to perform maintenance on the property subject to the Fractional Proper- ty to ensure and manage the availability of Holiday Home Unit (HHU) to all fractional owners. In the event of sale of some or several of these remaining weeks ,the acquirer is bound to pay the

  • rdinary and extraordinary fees that apply.

Procedure for election of the week:

  • a. Each fractional owner can to book up to 8 months in advance and have a deadline for the requisi-
