MOBILE OUTREACH CLIE IENTELE An individual who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, meaning: has a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not meant for human habitation.. Chronically Homeless • An unaccompanied homeless individual with a disabling condition who has been continuously homeless for a year or more • An unaccompanied individual with a disabling condition who has had at least four episodes of homelessness in the past three years Domestic Violence An individual fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence

We offer a FREE 16 week program following the Culinary Institute of America Professional Chef Curriculum 12 WEEK ROTATING CURRICULUM • The Culinary Professional • Knife Skills/ Equipment Identification • Product Identification • Stocks & Soups • Sauces • Meats & Poultry • Fish & Shellfish • Fruits & Vegetables • Starches • Dairy/Eggs/Garde Manger • Desserts & Pastries • Menu Planning/Inventory

  23. • Over 200 Graduates • Graduation Rate is at 85% • And 88% are employed within 30 days of graduating • Recently it has been at a 100% but we can’t graduate students quick enough to keep up with the demands. 175 ITB Culinary Arts Graduates
