Family Pathway Adult Pathway

  • The Gr@nd supports Adults with a Body Mass index of 28+ who are motivated and

ready to make lifestyle changes

  • The Gr@nd support families with a child in who’s BMI is in the 91st centile who are

motivated and ready to make lifestyle changes Tier 4- Surgery- Tier 3- Specialist support- Psychological and dietetic support. Tier-2 Targeted programme adults BMI 28+ delivered in the community Tier 1- Universal Services- Open Access

Cyclopark, Ekta Ghar, Istead Rise, Cascades, Cygnets NRG Gym.

Julies Story

Julie joined the healthy weight course at NRG gym in October 2013 The course has given her that extra motivation to take a better approach to her eating habits and get more active. She is looking to join a gym in the new year hopefully if finances improve. Over 10 weeks she lost 10kg in weight and her waist measurement by 14.5cm.
