LITHIUM SILICATE
Litosil is ecological additive preservation for concrete and concrete floors on lithium silicate base which transforms clear concrete surfaces into the hard, waterproof, and permanently dust-free floors with the
- ption of adjustments into high polish which increases in time. It can be applied at schools, stores,
hospitals, sporting and industrial halls, etc. It is clear or slightly turbid low viscous liquid. Advantages of Litosil series:
- It increases the resistance to abrasion which extends the service life and integrity of the floor.
- Viscosity and density are very similar to water and therefore it penetrates deep in the micro pores.
- It provides deeper penetration and more permanent protection.
- It does not absorb water and does not cause the floor sweating.
- It chemically reacts with concrete and forms insoluble silicate
- It reduces dust dispersion
- It can be placed on new or old concretes.
- It does not contain sodium or potassium salts which contribute to the occurrence of the cracks.
- It includes water base product, it does not contain any solvents, odour free. Extremely low VOC content.
- It is a great prime and it is compatible with most flexible adhesives.
- It prevents the lime scum and whitewash.
NANOSIL
Product description:
Amorphous silicon dioxide nanofibrous material is a special functional material with unique properties represented by fine fibrous structure and high specific surface area. This material is produced on Centrifugal Spinning Technology which enables to produce fibers with diameter between 400 – 800 nm with relatively larger distribution of fiber diameters. Physical structure of the fibers can be either Cotton
- r
Powder (after milling which brings also shortening). High specific surface area and very high aspect ratio can bring several advantages to new or existing products. This type of material can be produced in large volumes with easy and fast upscaling capacity.
Applications:
Composite reinforcement I Filtration I Separation I Battery electrodes I Sensors I Humidity sorbents
CORTON
Applications: As a pigment for anticorrosion coatings production. General description: White, dry and non-toxic very fine powder, soluble in mineral acids (HCl, HNO3) and thermally stable up to 500°C. Corton is polyphase anticorrosive pigment of inorganic composition with a surface modified core component. Corton belongs to the group of nontoxic anticorrosive pigments. A very good inhibitory properties have been achieved by a combination of applied effective substances. Corton is mainly applicable in water diluted primer coats for metals. It asserts itself in such systems due to its small size of particles, balanced ionic interaction and ability to deactivate inappropriate compounds created at the dispersion production. Dependent on the binding agent used, 10% of pigmentation is considered as an effective amount. In alkyd, epoxy and acrylic paints. It substitutes anticorrosive pigments based on highly toxic compounds of lead and chromium.
CARBOTON
General description: A viscous liquid with a high whiteness and coverage power of 50% dry matter. Applications: For the coating industry, also in the paper industry and in the industry of adhesives. CARBOTON constitutes of clusters of nonuniform crystal structure. High whiteness have been achieved thanks to a sufficiently large specific surface, different size of particles and irregular surface of grains, whereas there is no need of large use of organic substances (such as dispersants and binders). Another additives used in a prescriptions of coating compositions are well stabilised on the surface of grains, thus making it highly appealing for colouring applications. CARBOTON produced by us has higher whiteness than solid product and is partially able to substitute titanium white-paint because it does not need a long dispersing of the system. CARBOTON is also installed into water glass at a very high speed. This provides a wide range of interesting suspensions with a possible application in the paper, coating and adhesive industry. These suspensions replace other suspensions composed of substantially more expensive filling agents such as TiO2, Al2O3, Al(OH)3 or Mg(OH)2.
