POSITIVE COVID-19 RESPONSE

PENDING GUIDANCE FROM FCPH

❏ Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 will quarantine for 14 days. ❏ Contact tracing will be conducted in collaboration with Franklin County Public Health to determine if additional quarantines are needed. ❏ Any person who is considered exposed by FCPH will be quarantined for 14 days before returning to school. ❏ Before returning to school individuals who test positive must be symptom free.

Monitor your child’s health every day

Take your child’s temperature every day and don’t send child to school with a temperature of 100 or more without medication Keep your child with symptoms home and only return to school when child is symptom free without medication for 72 hours Before the child can ride the bus, transport your child to school to have nurse confirm student is fever and symptom free
