Transcarpatica S.A. was created in 1996 as a joint stock company with a Romanian privately
- wned capital. Subscribed shared capital is of 3.000.000 lei, divided in 300.000
shares. Company headquarters is located in Cluj-Napoca, Muncii Avenue, no. 16, on the European road E576, in Cluj County, the second city in Romania in terms of surface. The experience gained in over 18 years in the metal industry is a card that recommends us as a valuable business partner. We design, develop and offer services in the field of metallic confections, in Romania but also in other countries. Starting with the year 2013, following a trend of business development in the context of a dynamic market, we focused our activity also to the export market, so we became a reliable business partner for companies from abroad.
