Annual Federal Risk Level Assessment

★ Purpose: TEA assesses likelihood of LEA compliance: Low, Medium or High levels ★ Impact:

○ Differentiated Grant Negotiation - higher the risk level, the more stringent the negotiation process for NOGA ○ Subrecipient Monitoring - higher the risk level, more likely LEA will be selected for monitoring

★ What’s My Level??:

○ GFFC Reports & Data Collections → Risk Assessment Level → 2018-2019
