  4. Whole team (aggregate or as a group) 20 min to perform 5 min. to analyze Each item is scored as “not started” (0), “In Progress ” (1), or “Achieved/In place” (2). The APC should be performed monthly for new schools and quarterly (or even at semesters) for experienced highly successful schools

  5. Each time you perform the APC you calculate total score and scores for specific features Both are calculated Points earned divided by the points available Total score example: 32/60 = 53% Feature score example: 6/10 = 60%
