  10. E DC4 T IM DAT A – By T he Numbe r s 17 States now collect 1 or more TIM Performance Measures (PMs) on State Crash forms. Of these, 7 States now collect all 3 TIM PMs. (AZ, TN, VA, KY, NV, FL, IA). 9 States collecting more/new data through Traffic Management Center (TMC), Safety Service Patrol (SSP), or Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD). (CA, IN, OH, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, UT) 6 States are now using data to inform training needs, improve after action reviews, justify funding, resource allocation, performance management, or other uses.
