Secretary Jason Stalling Treasurer Esther Schletzbaum Vince Vandehaar of VVV Consultants gave an excellent presentation on formulating a plan of action for practice Past President Russell Onken improvements and effectively selling it to leadership. During the presentation, Vince gave an in-depth review of the six critical initiatives to success. At Large Positions (appointed) Members in attendance were encouraged to select a BP At Large (1yr) Tempe Harty process improvement or change that they would like to implement in their organization. Vince challenged the BP At Large (2yr) Vince Sallustio audience to continue to develop that idea on their worksheet. By the end of the event, we had the project idea, competitors and who we could team with. That is just the start, utilizing the critical thinking and proven steps illustrated through Vince’s presentation are a surefire way to impress senior leadership and make positive changes in your organization. – Jason Stalling, Secretary

I’ve done many positions from administrator as well as HIPAA officer, auditor, coding, compliance, contract negotiations, nursing, credentialing, etc. This allowed me to grow not only professionally but personally.
