UNREACHED PEOPLE GROUP OF THE DAY The Ghao-Xong of Western China Population: 1.4 million 92.4% Ethnic Religion .6% Christian The Ghao-Xong worship Pan Hu, the dragon-dog they claim as the forefather of their race. Today, the majority of Ghao-Xong have never heard the Gospel. Lack of knowledge of the Gospel of Christ stands as a great barrier to acceptance. They live in an area that is difficult to enter. Pray believers among them would understand their faith & call to reach their own. Pray for the practical needs of this people group.

Take Stock & Pray… 4 When I heard these things, I sat down & wept. For some days I mourned & fasted & prayed before the God of heaven. Nehemiah 1:4
Recognize the Character of God… 5 Then I said: "O LORD, God of heaven, the great & awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him & obey his commands, 6 let your ear be attentive & your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day & night for your servants, the people of Israel. Nehemiah 1:5-6
Personal & Corporate Confession… I confess the sins we Israelites, including myself & my father's house, have committed against you. 7 We have acted very wickedly toward you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees & laws you gave your servant Moses. Nehemiah 1:6-7
Remind Yourself of God’s Promises… 8 "Remember the instruction you gave your servant Moses, saying, 'If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations, 9 but if you return to me & obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there & bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name.' 10 "They are your servants & your people, whom you redeemed by your great strength & your mighty hand. Nehemiah 1:8-10
Ask for Specific Help… 11 O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant & to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name. Give your servant success today by granting him favor in the presence of this man." I was cupbearer to the king. Nehemiah 1:11
