- Brochure (On field, Off field & Committee)
- Manual Order Form (MOF)

- Returns to Internal Account Manager

& Spec and sends to club for approval

Account Manager. This is the only
- pportunity to make any amendments
prior to order being placed with the relevant factory.

- Order placed with factory or warehouse
- Sales order sent to club with estimated
delivery date. Order process complete

Lead Times
- Once your order is placed, you receive your sales order
- This will generate an estimated delivery date
- This delivery date will vary depending on the lead time group.
- 1. Bespoke = 12-16 weeks
- 2. Embellished Stock = 4-5 weeks (stock dependant)
- 3. Blank Stock = 7-10 days

- Website live and fully stocked = 7-10 days delivery
- Compulsory Products can be ordered manually and
will receive a 10% bulk discount
