Order Process Step 1 - Kit Sec receives: Brochure (On field, Off field & Committee) • Manual Order Form (MOF) •
Order Process Step 2 Kit sec completes order form • Returns to Internal Account Manager • (Rebecca)
Order Process Step 3 Internal Account Manager creates Quote • & Spec and sends to club for approval
Order Process Step 4 Approval from club is then sent to Internal • Account Manager. This is the only opportunity to make any amendments prior to order being placed with the relevant factory.
Order Process Step 5 Order placed with factory or warehouse • Sales order sent to club with estimated • delivery date. Order process complete
Lead Times Once your order is placed, you receive your sales order • This will generate an estimated delivery date • This delivery date will vary depending on the lead time group. • 1. Bespoke = 12-16 weeks 2. Embellished Stock = 4-5 weeks (stock dependant) 3. Blank Stock = 7-10 days
Website/Promotions/Bundles • Website live and fully stocked = 7-10 days delivery • Compulsory Products can be ordered manually and will receive a 10% bulk discount • EcoLayer Discount 50% “ UOM-ECO- 50”
