THE PROJECTS ARE CARRIED OUT BY THE COMPANY IN THREE STAGES: RECONSTRUCTION AND FURNISHING OF ALL GOVERNMENT OFFICES AND COMMERCIAL FACILITIES, OPERATION OF FACILITIES DURING CONCESSION PERIOD, TRANSFERRING THE FACILITIES TO THE GOVERNMENT IN A WORKABLE CONDITION.
