Freehold Acquisition Status

• Discussions progressing well with the NDA regarding the aquisition of

the current area of land under tenant (leasing) arrangements and some additional land

• Further discussions have been held with the Home and Communities

Agency (HCA) about securing long term vehicle access for Tradebe Inutec through the Dorset Green Site

• Programme remains on target to finalise the freehold contract in

advance of the granting on the Nuclear Site Licence which is programmed for early 2017

Safety Performance 2015

• We hold a 2015 RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents)

Presidents Award which recognises 12 consecutive years of RoSPA Gold Awards

• No RIDDOR reportable injuries or accidents for over 8 years
• One lost time accident (LTA) in 2015, one day due to a knee injury
• Staff minor injuries this year to date remains low, four in total
• We have recently made an appointed to a new post of Safety, Health,

Environment and Quality Manager
