To provide service to the members by facilitating cooperation among the member systems (municipal utilities, joint action agencies, river authorities and electric cooperatives), assisting in the solution of mutual problems, promoting the exchange of ideas and experiences, providing spokespersons for the Association concerning state and national issues, and operating a resource center for research and technical assistance and promoting a general understanding of public power.
The public power business model is locally governed, serves the interests of its customers and is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service to its community.
