Goals What the District/RI thinks is important: • Grow our membership to 88 from 84 • Annual Fund contributions of $8,000 • PolioPlus Fund contributions of $16,000 Plus, what I think is important: • Service activities this year – 4+ • Service activity participation – 25% + • Social activities outside of meetings – 6+ • Marketing activities – 4+ per month
