C and D share classes followed in 2009 and 2014. • Early 2011 - internal control breach at original Investment Manager (Climate Change Capital) and subsequent resignation of its lead manager. • September 2011 - Temporis Capital appointed as Investment Manager of both Funds. • Since September 2011 - significant restructuring of portfolio and strengthening of control procedures. 2
