Current Status

The ETPL requirement is, as intended, embedded in the culture of NJ’s Workforce Development

  • System. No ETPL, No State
  • r Federal training funds.

There are 1003 training providers offering over 9200 training programs on the ETPL.

Success

We have complete student records displayed

  • n the CRC for 44% of

ETPL providers. Statewide minimum performance standards for ETPL inclusion have not been established.

  • licensing information
  • examination results
  • enrollee demographic information
  • information showing the long‐term success of

former trainees of each provider and school in

  • btaining permanent employment and

increasing earnings over one or more time periods following the completion or other termination of training, including a period of two years following the completion or other termination of training.”
