The ETPL requirement is, as intended, embedded in the culture of NJ’s Workforce Development
- System. No ETPL, No State

There are 1003 training providers offering over 9200 training programs on the ETPL.

We have complete student records displayed

ETPL providers. Statewide minimum performance standards for ETPL inclusion have not been established.

“The consumer report card shall include, at a minimum, the following information compiled annually:

- placement in employment information,

- licensing information
- examination results
- enrollee demographic information
- information showing the long‐term success of
former trainees of each provider and school in
- btaining permanent employment and
increasing earnings over one or more time periods following the completion or other termination of training, including a period of two years following the completion or other termination of training.”
